Compliant with ISO 1219-1:1991/2012 and 1219-2:1991/2012 standards, the Pneumatic library offers preconfigured components required to create, simulate and troubleshoot different systems, making Automation Studio™ the best pneumatic simulator. 

Users can change any components' parameters to reflect their own applications or assignments. Configure simulation parameters as needed to illustrate the effect on flow and pressure.

Hydraulics, Electro-Hydraulic, Proportional Hydraulic


    The Hydraulic library is compliant with ISO 1219-1:1991/2012 and 1219-2:1991/2012 standards. With Automation Studio™ you can create, simulate and troubleshoot hydraulic circuits or electro-hydraulic circuits. It offers a wide array of components to create basic to advanced systems or reproduce your Hydraulic trainer.

    Users can change any component's parameters to reflect their own applications or assignments. Configure simulation parameters, such as external loads, leaks, viscosity and thermal characteristics, as needed to illustrate the effect on flow and pressure. Easily create your custom library with required components and circuits specific to an exercise or laboratory.

    PLC Programmable Logic Controller (Allen Bradley™, Siemens™, LSIS, IEC)

      The PLC Ladder Logic Libraries allows creating and troubleshooting PLC circuits. It offers a wide array of components from Allen Bradley™, Siemens™, LSIS and IEC61131-3. They can be used to control any circuit within Automation Studio™ using sensors, solenoids, lights, switches, and more.

      The PLC circuit can be used to control any other technologies included in Automation Studio™ enabling students to better understand the interaction between different technologies. Virtual Systems such as conveyors, traffic lights, elevator, and pick and place are provided so that students can create their logic by triggering the Inputs/Outputs to bring these systems to life!

      Connect to your real devices (PLCs, Arduino, etc.) using OPC communication.

      Sequential Function Chart & Structured Text are also available to control systems.

      Electrical AC/DC & Motor Control Electrical Power (high voltage) - IEC, NEMA, SAE, JIC.


      Activate component failures by preset conditions or manually during simulation using the troubleshooting feature. Soft Starters & Variable Frequency Drives from manufacturers such as Siemens™, Allen Bradley™, WEG™, etc., are pre-made and ready to simulate.

      Users can place a picture of a real component in front of a symbol to create a wiring diagram view. Since the Automation Studio™ symbol is behind the picture, the simulation can still run and measurements can be taken on the circuits. Components can also be stored in the custom library to reproduce the electrical trainer.

      Ready to use content for teaching and training on specific electrical components and equipment is publicly available following OEMs' specifications from the Manufacturers' Catalogues.

      This Library comes complete with standard devices including inverters, logic gates, flip-flops, counters, shift registers, comparators, switches, LEDs, 7-bar display, decoders, multiplexers, etc.
