Janatics compact valve, is a direction control valve Pilot operated or manually operated. It is a spool type flow control valve used in pneumatic systems to regulate the direction of compressed air. The main component is a cylindrical spool that moves inside a sealed valve body opening or blocking the ports to route the air through different paths depending on the spool positions. The movement of the spool is controlled by solenoid Pilot operated valve, springs, pressurized air and manually by lever or button. The direction of flow of compressed air for the requirement of circuit is achieved through the precise switching of spool, by the recommended actuations given for control. For Electrically operated valves (Solenoid), Manual operator, push and turn to lock is given to operate the Pilot valve without electrical supply. Available models, Sizes 1 /8”, 1 /4” and1 /2”.

Available types are 3 /2 NC, 3/2 NO, 5/2, 5/3 (3 types)

• 3/2,5/2,5/3 - Single External Pilot Operated Valve with Spring Return

• 3/2-5/2,5/3 - Double External Pilot operated valve

• These valves can be mounted individually. Manifolds are recommended to mount one or more valves according to the circuit requirements. There are two types of manifold.

Janatics DS2 (3/2,5/2) Single external Pilot cum Solenoid operated valve (TR), Double external Pilot cum Solenoid operated valve (TT).

Compact Valve (DS5) Series G1/4”:

Compact Valve (Namur Standard)

Janatics Namur Standard compact valves DS3 Series are with Namur standard fitments. Available in 1 /4” and 1 /2”. The basic valve design is spool type with Namur hole pattern. These are solenoid Pilot operated valves. 3/2 and 5/2 types are available. The inlet and exhaust are provided with port threads, Suitable for connectors. The outlet is provided with NAMUR fitment, can be directly mountable on the surface of the required element. The outlet provided with suitable O-ring for sealing. Screws are also provided. In 5/2 way valve adapter plate is assembled to convert as 3/2. To convert as 3/2 NC and 3/2 NO, Adapter plate is provided with seals. to close one outlet sealing is provided in the position. To close the one exhaust plug is provided. For Electrically operated valves (Solenoid), Manual operator, push and turn to lock is given to operate the Pilot valve without electrical supply.

The solenoid valves have two types of coils with 22mm width.

• Standard Coil - Recommended Coil Voltages AC - 24, 48, 110, 220. DC 12, 24, 48, 110

• Flameproof coil AC – 220 V, DC – 24V
